Don’t get upset if you receive a few “live” messages from other users, there may be several reasons and all of them can be easily fixed!
Firstly, users who don't have an activated Premium/Premium PLUS subscription can only start a conversation with premade messages. If the photo or profile of such users interests you, you can take the initiative and activate one of the subscriptions yourself to continue full-fledged communication. If you already have an active Premium or Premium PLUS subscription, it gets even simpler – just text them your first message and they will be able to communicate with you without restrictions.
In addition, users often shy away from starting a dialogue with the person they like, so they use small assistants – prepared greetings or Smart Messages. This means that they are already interested in you and all you need to do is respond to such messages to start a real dialogue!
